These terms are the agreement between you and More Parties DC LLC ("More Parties DC", "we") for use of the More Parties DC app and app.morepartiesdc.com. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to hold an account, and every More Parties DC event in the app is 21+. Venues check ID at the door, and holding an account does not guarantee entry. You must provide accurate information, and you may not create an account for someone else or share your login.
2. What the app does — and does not — guarantee
A table request is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Bookings are confirmed only when we or the venue confirm them to you directly. Guest-list and RSVP requests are likewise requests. Capacity is limited and requests can be declined.
Final admission is always at the discretion of the venue and its security staff, and is subject to venue dress code, capacity, local law, and lawful conduct requirements. We do not control that decision.
3. Balloons and rewards
Balloons are a promotional loyalty balance. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and expire if your account is closed. Rewards (such as a comped bottle) are subject to availability, venue approval, and any conditions stated at the time. We may change the rewards programme, adjust balances to correct errors, or withdraw rewards obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, or abuse.
4. Deposits, payments and cancellations
Table deposits and minimum spends are set by the venue and collected by the venue or a third-party platform, not by this app. Their refund and cancellation rules apply. Where a deposit is described as applying toward your minimum spend, that is honoured at the venue's discretion under its own terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate anyone, or use another person's identity to book or check in.
- Do not create multiple accounts to farm Balloons or rewards.
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app.
- Do not use the app for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
6. Objectionable content and conduct
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Any content you submit must not be unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or infringing. If any user-submitted content becomes available in the app, you can report it and we will review reports and remove violating content and terminate offending accounts. We may remove content or suspend or terminate an account at any time for breaching these terms.
7. Text messages
If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive recurring marketing texts from More Parties DC at the number you provided, including messages sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
8. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete my account, which permanently removes your profile and forfeits any Balloons.
9. Intellectual property
The app, the More Parties DC name and logo, and its content are ours or our licensors'. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the conduct of venues, security staff, other guests, or third parties, nor for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we will notify you in the app and update the date above. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, and the courts of the District of Columbia have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
13. Apple App Store
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and More Parties DC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or to handle any claim about the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
