This policy explains what the More Parties DC app collects, why, and what control you have over it. It covers the mobile app and app.morepartiesdc.com. The app is operated by More Parties DC LLC ("we", "us"), Washington, DC.
Who can use the app
The app is for adults 21 and older attending 21+ nightlife events. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
What we collect

We do not collect payment card numbers. Table deposits and ticket purchases are handled by the venue or by third-party ticketing platforms under their own policies — we never see or store your card details.
Text messages (SMS)
We send marketing texts only if you tick the consent box. We record the exact time you consented. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all marketing texts, or turn SMS off in your profile. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a booking you made.
How we use it
- To let you sign in, book tables, request guest list, and check in at the door.
- To calculate Balloons and issue rewards.
- To tell you about events, if you have opted in.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the rewards programme.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Venues we operate events at — your name, and party size for a booking you made, so they can seat you. Nothing more.
- Service providers who run the app for us: Supabase (database and authentication, United States) and Resend/Amazon SES (email delivery). They process data on our instructions only.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Your profile stays until you delete your account. Check-in and booking history is kept while your account is open because it determines your rewards. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal identifiers; we may keep aggregate, non-identifying counts for business records.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time — open Profile and choose Delete my account. It is immediate and permanent. You can also email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it in that sense. Contact us to exercise any of these.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. Access to member records is restricted at the database level so one member's account cannot read or alter another's. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and fix issues promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and notify you in the app.
